G'morning all!

Thanks Jen for starting the thread. I always wonder who would take QJB's place and post at the crack of dawn.

I love any pumpkin spice flavored coffee. At the moment I have 3-4 different sf pumpkin syrups for my morning delight.

Yesterday's "walk" with my trainer didn't end up well. Told you guys she is a beast. In my huffing and puffing behind her I twisted my foot in a crack on the road. Didn't twist the ankle, thank goodness, but the actual foot so I have some bruising on the side of the foot. I'll see how it is in about an hr or so but I might switch my run and weight days and do weights again today. Other than my little incident she told me not to worry about the number on the scale because my muscle mass is much bigger than before. It made me proud hearing it from her, that I have muscle mass.

QOTD: the house is decorated with a witch motif. So I might get dressed up as a witch handing out candies.

My meals yesterday

  • B: coffee
  • L: chomp stick + quest nacho chips
  • S: 1/4 cup pepitas
  • D: The innards of a burrito, no rice or beans
  • E: 20 minutes cardio + 30 minutes weight. And 3 miles wog behind my trainer.

Good morning ~ Love that meme, makes me want a PSL! We usually get one on the way to the park on the weekends. Just a tall, nonfat (Grande gives me RH), but so yummy! Enjoy your Thai lunch, Jen it sounds so good. At the gym last night I was on an older incline machine that had ifit. Usually I just do my own routine, but I was looking at the menu and tried the NYC one, but the video kept freezing so I went to Hawaii instead. It was fun. I also saw the Everest base camp one so I has to be what Jen is talking about. I love to hike and now I want one for home! Jen - which machine do you have again?

Yesterday, there were two much older ladies in the locker room just hanging out talking. They were totally naked and they did not give 2 ****s about what anyone thought. That made my day! So in honor of them - I am swimming today. The pool is still in the sun in the late afternoon (for now), so it's happening.

QOTD - No, I haven't dressed up in years but that would be fun.

I have the elliptical and a rower. I was really into the elliptical and then it became a dust catcher when I was really into the rower, now I mix them up a bit more plus so some of the none equipment classes on iFit. That Everest one was a beast!!

QOTD: Not planning on dressing up this year but hoping to go to a Halloween party. Next year, I'll go as a skinny person. In year's past, my favorite costume was Don King and it was a group costume with boxers, referees and ring girls. Everyone's costumes sound awesome. Halloween decorations are a highlight of this time of year for me.
