The chef was really talented. He was working in New Zealand and Australia when COVID hit and had to return to the U.S.
One thing I am certain about is that Melody would never inadvertently photograph her own knees into a picture.

Good morning ~ Enjoy your class with Grim, JB! I was about to walk out the door this morning when I wa**** with migraine aura. Not too bad, its gone and I just have the headache now. I'm gonna give it another 1/2 hour for daylight/better vision and hit the road to work because I'm holding a staff meeting this morning. I also need to bring some vets meds to my son for our corgi Lucy that lives with him. Life goes on.
I had time to get to the running store yesterday and tried on several pairs of shoes. I used to love Nike Pegasus - I wore those for years but there was a huge change a few versions back. I gave them another try and my heel kept coming out no matter how I tied them - nope. I also tried NB, Saucony, Brooks, and a couple of Asics - I ended up liking the Asics Nimbus lite 2 the best. I had to order the color I wanted and will have them on Friday. I am hoping they work, I ran in them for 4 minutes, the support felt good, they fit well, no rub but with a little room for swell. I will know for sure when I work out in them next week.
QOTD - I like my hot stuff HOT and all other beverages COLD, extra ice also. I can drink room temp water now though. It took 4+ years after surgery to be able to do that. I still wonder why that is...

I'm still on the fence about my Hokas. With the ortho insole and thick running socks I am making it work but still thinking about switching. I hate when it's time to buy new running shoes. I was tired of Asics and wanted something new and cute, but I might have to go back to Asics again.
Happy the migraine is going away.

I still like my Hoka's (and they are cute) but I can't work out comfortably in them. I can walk all day in them so they are my walking/errand shoes now.
Which Asics do you have? Have you tried the Nimbus lite 2? There are cute colorful ones.
