Mornin' Mornin', Gang! Wishing you all a fantastic start to the new week! My weekend was nicer than I expected and I feel ready for the week. Bring. It. On. :)

I got a haircut on Saturday (pics on Fri!) followed by a trip to Trader Joe's, then I was supposed to just put my head down and do about 12 hours of work... But my mom called and heard that was my plan, and decided to come "rescue me" so she showed up and to me out to lunch (tacos!). We did a few other things afterwards and it ended up taking the whole day. I was happy for the distraction, but a little worried about how to get everything done on Sunday, but it turned out to be okay!!! I worked by butt off from like 4am - 2pm and actually finished the really pressing things and took the rest of Sunday off, too! Yay!

QOTD: Have you ever been part of a direct sellers program/multi level marketing/pyramid program? I watched the LuLaRich documentary last night and was fascinated by all of it! I joined one once about 15 years ago and didn't really understand what it was... but literally never sold to anyone, and only lasted about 3 months before officially quitting. But I always get roped into going to parties for my friends who are selling something... I did like a lot of that Pampered Chef stuff back in the day!

Food this weekend was okay. I didn't make the greatest choices I could have, but I am still not feeling hungry, so thankfully my portions are tiny, even when I brought home a box of yummy pumpkin spice cookies from TJs!

Today:

B: Protein Coffee

S: TJs Breadless Eggwich

L: Chicken Taco

D: Chicken Kabob

Good morning JB and everyone

I'm glad the weekend is over. I'm just hopeful they'll have my pain med today. It was just a bad weekend for that. I'm really exhausted.

My SIL's mom is going out of town for over a week. So we'll have the kids a lot. I swear...sometimes people have no common sense...at all. She is going to a funeral for someone she never met. I think it's just an excuse to go somewhere.

QOTD: no not really. I had a uncle and his wife who did just about allllll of them.

my food has been HORRID. Just so so bad. Hopefully I'll do better today.

B: JUST egg, cheese, chicken sausage and coffee

S: L&F yogurt

L: PP shake

S: pear and maybe some cottage cheese

D: pork carnitas, crema, cheese, onion and maybe a taco shell

i'm back and to my knowledge covid free still. the boat was overly massive, the specialty dining over the top so i think it will take me probably 3-4 weeks to recover weight wise. I'm NOT weighing for at least a week maybe more.

QOTD: I've done body shop at home, herbalife (for the personal discount), jamberry, and i think thats it. I would say the body shop was my fav because i loved allll the discounts.

food is whatever we have here- DH is going to grocery at noon.

Wellllll for those wondering, Camping was canceled.

my sister ended up gettingreally(non-covid) sick. Didn't want to go just with her husband so we all canceled. The past 3 weeks have been so stressful i slept 16 hours instead.

QOTD: i have never sold, but am easily sucked in to buy. I just bought pampered chef yesterday!(hand chopper is life changing!!!)

i am currently having a pumpkin spice iced coffee(let it begin!!) it's only a high of 74 today so I'm wearing sweats And a sweatshirt.

Food:

shake, i dubbed it a Mexican chocolate horchata. It's chocolate that i add cinnamon and monk fruit to.

Turkey veggie soup. Maybe cottage cheese, if i go to the store.

I can't remember where you live, but it must be a warm climate. We don't break out the sweats and a sweatshirt in Wisconsin 'til it's down in the 50s (or for some, 40s!). 74 is shorts a t-shirt weather around here!

I live in northwest Iowa. But I'm a transplant. I literally cry in the winter some days

we should do a meet up somewhere in the middle sometime! where are you in Iowa? It's about a 90-minute drive to Dubuque from my house, so I'm not too, too far from the border.

Colorado too - there are just some people that wear Cargo shorts and sweatshirts when it's below 0, I swear. On the other hand, I wear sweats and hoodies year round; I am still cold all the time (and I'm cheap so I'd rather wear warm clothes than turn on the heat, lol).
