Good mornin everyone...hope that y'all are doing ok.

Not much planned for the day. My mom might mow but we'll see. I do have to wash clothes. Also hoping for a nap or rest. Rather painful night.

I have to get a shot in each eye. Not thrilled but it could be worse.

QOTD: What was your favorite toy growing up?

I wasn't much of a kid and hated dolls. My favorite toy was a piano mat that you could walk on to play. Kind of like in that movie Big but much much smaller.

I made this pendant earlier this week.

It has been a week! It has felt like a month but it's almost over and a long weekend ahead for me! I don't have much planned but it's going to be glorious. I will probably have to do some work over the weekend to get organized for the next month or so but I think I can do that without getting on the computer.

Melody, I can't imagine shots in the eyes, they would have to sedate me each time. It sounded like in your update yesterday that the doctor was happy with how your eyes were doing? That pendant is gorgeous!

QOTD - Books were my favorite! Followed by the dollhouse in my grandparents attic.

My pictures today are the deer I encountered in my friends neighborhood and a flower that I liked. Also, if you ever see a short lady randomly taking pictures of the flowers in your parking lot, come say hi, it's usually me.

The doctor was happy overall. He said this is just to get the swelling from becoming bleeding. After these shots I get a 4 month break which is great. I've lost count of how many shots I've gotten in em. The first one was awful but they use a numbing gel that all you feel is a tad bit of pressure.

Quick drive by post. It's about 1:30 pm local time. My first full day at home and I'm at my brother's office for some teeth fixing. My dentist in US always makes a list for my brother about what to fix when I come home.
Flight was uneventful and nobody anywhere asked me for vaccine or test results. I was almost bummed after all the stress about getting the test times the right way (72 hours before landing in Italy - not Germany, my layover.)

Last night we went to a seafood restaurant; my family was trying to keep me awake, because if we had stayed home I would have crashed on the couch. So here are the pics of my wonderful yummy food and dessert.





Last night/this morning I was up at 1:00 am, thought of the insomniacs on this group but mine is due to jet-lag
