Good morning. I survived the dermatologist yesterday with just 6 freezings and one biopsy. In the middle of my face! And in keeping with the unconventional photo week we've had. I'm posting my NSV from yesterday. I know you people can relate! The paper gown fits all the way around me!!!!!!

I've got a big work day, several large projects and I have just decided I am training and passing one off to one of the girls today. They need to know how to do this one as I exit out of here and this is the perfect opportunity for me to train her AND pass the work off. Winning. I have an unexpected fun date with friends tonight right after work. It's at a favored restaurant and I am going to try really hard to drink only water, and eat the insides of just one taco. My weight is up more again today. Frustrating after two whole days of being perfectly behaved. LOL. But really. Why the gain? Why not just stay the same?

QoTD: I'll take the Meh years. Some lows are just too far down there for me. I can make highs out of just about anything. But that low nearly killed me.

Menu:

B: hb egg, 1/4 cottage cheese EBTB seasoning

L: two baby back ribs, 1/2 c spaghetti squash with parm sprinkled on

D: insides of one taco, either short rib or pollo asada, 5ish chicharrons,

S: either lemon Two good yogurt or the other half of my turkey Chomps and a few Whisps

Peace everyone!

I woke up yesterday with vertigo, and ended up not being able to eat much of anything. Saltines and yogurt. It must have been my body rebelling as I took the day off, and slept until almost 10 and then by the afternoon I still wasn't feeling up to anything I slogged out to the barn cleaned my boys stall and came right back home. I was in bed by 8, falling asleep trying to watch TV and I slept through until 6AM which I never do. Usually I'm lucky to get 4 hours straight and that is using Lunesta. Today the vertigo is better, so I think my body was just telling me that I needed rest.

I didn't even look at my email yesterday, so today I'm spending time reading posts instead of getting to work.

The only rooms I have left to pack are the kitchen and to clean out the garage. Moving day is 9/2 so I will make it.

My Mom wanted me to take her to my uncles 90th birthday on the 28th but then she remembered I only have a truck and she can't get into it. I know I should go, he's my Dads only surviving sibling. But I'm not into socializing, I should go for a short while and not let my social anxiety get the best of me. Especially since I'm not fat anymore, however I just realized that I've packed all of my clothes and shoes and I'm only left with jeans, t-shirts and shorts. So I guess it's jeans...

I need to get to work. So have a great day everyone!

I'm on Team go to the party if your up for it. With the move it may be a long time before you see them again. I have a brother that was in the same situation. Was moving away and missed a Wedding just a week before he left. He really missed a good opportunity to say goodbye and pissed a lot of people off. Your decision but I am still team go.

Good news on the job and I am sure will be even better news next week. I guess I only want great years.

Some years have more challenges than others, but figuring out how to overcome those challenges and keep my optimistic disposition means that all years have more good than bad.

Good morning~ How do you find these meme's? This is my life the last year+ for real. SO happy to hear that you are still in the running for the job! Someone is always on vacation aren't they? Everything crossed for you, QJB!

Work is work. I'm just living for the weekends these days, well, all of the days really.

Can't get running out of my mind - I'm getting excited which is really motivating me! I ordered 4 new pairs of my favorite running socks -not that I needed them at all, but it's even more motivation and I am perusing new running shoes for my reward when I get back to onederland. I'm going for a true fitting at our running store instead of me thinking I know what is best and just trying what is popular. What I know wasn't working - I'm still looking for the perfect shoe. In the meantime I am staying in check food wise and getting up the nerve to get out there and just do it, no matter how slow or how much walking is involved. :D

QOTD - I know that you have to experience the lows to appreciate the highs - and I've been there a plenty - anxiety, drama, tragedy, w/tons of growth and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger... but I think I would rather have 4 mediocre, yet smooth years these days, please!
