Banana Flips WOW they were my favorite they were banana cake filled with banana cream and shaped like half moons . So glad they don't make them anymore.

Good morning! I hope to have a real busy day today. Yesterday was just yawn and took forever to get over. I have to go to the dermatologist this afternoon. That never ends well for my face. I always tell people I got in a fight with my derm and lost. We'll see how many freezings, scrape*****hes, stitches I walk out with. I've been very good about going up until Covid, and at my last couple I had very few issues to deal with, so I'm hoping taking the break doesn't wipe out my progress. But we shall see what I look like in the morning. I've also got a to do list today for myself personally, not just work. That should make the day go by faster than yesterday.

Going to a first birthday party this weekend. Instead of cards, they've asked for books with inscriptions in them. I'm leaning towards Hop on Pop or Marvin K. Mooney. Need to get this ordered today!

QoTD: Anything cake like especially if it has cream filling. Cheeto puffs are gross to me. Oreo's blech. I would literally go hungry over eating those things.

Menu: weight is up again and my gastritis spent the night screaming at me. So not a good night sleep at all. Today is all about foods that fill me up, and don't flare up my tummy.

B: 3 oz Costco rotisserie chicken breast, 1/4 C cottage cheese

L: 3 oz maui rib, 1/2 cauliflower "fried" rice

D: 4 oz shrimp and walnut over cauliflower

S: 1 oz beef jerky, a few Cheddar Whisps if I need some crunch.

I had dermatologist on Monday. A few freezes and a follow up blue light treatment this fall. Trying to avoid the chemical peel cream again, if at all possible!!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

Yup I was not able to get on yesterday and was so busy had not time to try again later in the day. QJB don't give up hope you just never know. Maybe the decision maker headed for vacation and just wanted to get the interview under their belt before they headed out. I'm still hopeful.

I been having pain in my right leg in my upper thigh into my groin when I run. I am very disappointed. I did not run yesterday but I did go to the gym to counterbalance the no run. That was pretty much not successful considering I talked more than worked out. I also did some jumping that probably set my leg back from healing. I am going to rest one more day and try to run Friday morning. I'll turn around if need be. So disappointed in the scale. I swear I have not been eating much more then normal but I can not get off the weight I gained back and every weekend I am up 2 or three pounds and fight just to get that off. I know I am fortunate not to have had the full 20lbs of bounce back they promised but I loved when the scale hovered between 129 and 131. I love to eat and I do not see me starving myself just to see a number on the scale. I'll make a conscious effort to not snack as much when I get back from vacation and see where that gets me.

QOTD: I never met a snack food I didn't like. I caramel cover cheese balls and make them taste like captain crunch. I do not like the smell of Fritos and Combos but after I get past the smell they ain't too bad.

Accountability: I guess it is the Keto Crackers and dip keeping me at this ugly weight. I also had 1/2 of a bananas and peanuts.

MS: Premier Chocolate peanut butter shake and berries,

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 3x a week
