What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Hello and Happy Taco Tuesday. Three guesses how I am celebrating?!?!
Ok, so no news on the job... I gave them my references on Thursday and they haven't called anyone yet. I think it was a false alarm to get excited. I like my job (I really do!) so I won't be sad to stay and I won't keep looking, but the idea of not having a commute was awfully exciting. Oh well, at least I get to listen to a lot of murder podcasts ;)
QOTD: Do you have an ambitions exercise goal that you are working towards? I realized yesterday that for the first time post-op, I don't have a personal goal that I am working towards. I am open to ideas-- it's time to set a goal!
I was way too busy to remember that food existed yesterday. I had breakfast at lunchtime and lunch at dinnertime. And ended the day with a hard seltzer and handful of keto crackers. Uh-oh, I barely slept at all last night and I find it is so much harder to stay on track when I am overtired, so wish me luck today!

Mernin, happy Taco Tuesday!
QOTD - I do not actually. I do yoga when I can, and meditate.
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - I have a half day, and the second half is dr appointments. I am seeing a chiropractor at 11:30, then free until 2:45. I think I will treat myself to a vegan lunch at my favorite local place. They have an amazing seitan "beef" burrito that is just, so good.
Dinner - no idea, we still have kids and last night I made two dinners (both hello fresh) and suffice to say I ain't doing that **** tonight. Pizza or they can ALL fend for themselves, lol!
I hope you all have a great day!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

I'm glad you posted that about the Hello Fresh, because I found the last one I cooked to be a handful.

OH is being super wonky today. I have a feeling others can't get logged in as it took me 5 hours to finally get on.
Sometimes no news is good news. It's not over until you get a call one way or the other.
QOTD: No not really any goals set or planned.
B: squash and eggs with a slice of pork belly and homemade salsa. Might have put a bit to much garlic, but tasty
L: homemade chicken salad stuffed in fresh hot cherry peppers with a piece of sharp cheese in them
D: Not sure might have more cherry peppers since the garden is producing tons of them.

Good morning! Weird - I don't see any replies, am I the first??? Tacos for B, L, and D - love it! Still holding out hope for the job, QJB!! Yesterday went really well. I am hoping that by the end of the week I will be caught up and will be able to finish some other important projects. One day at a time. I slept really well last night for the first time in a while. My whole body is starting to relax, I can feel the healing side of all the tension melting away - or maybe it was the car seat warmer - I had no idea I had them until today. It was like a warm massage hug.
QOTD - Not sure, yet, I'm still just trying to get through the days. That is my goal - smooth sailing. After that, I will make some new ones when all of the change is behind me.

Seat warmers and coolers are the best.
I love the cooler after my run, on my way home.

I don't think I have the cooler - that would be VERY COOL especially after a work out! I'm going to check - there were settings I couldn't see since I discovered this as I was driving.

my next car will have the seat warmers...but when I've had a rental with the seat coolers, it makes me feel like I'm peeing my pants. Very odd.
