What's on your Wednesday Menu?

QOTD - Jeopardy. I freaking love it.
Breakfast- fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - Not sure, but either vegan thai food, or...pizza. Something out as I prepared nothing
Dinner - sandwiches, something easy. Maybe spaghettios or soup on side? (Yes I am a child).

Good morning! Today is travel day to CT. Packing for two young kids is a lot of work. I'm worried about the food options for me, and feeding them for hours. We have to take car seat boosters (they are 9 and 7, but tiny little buggers), luggage, backpacks with snacks, games, color books etc. The hubs says we look like pack mules. He's not a great traveler. Gets cranky easy. He's great once he gets there. This could be a very, very long day.
I did really well on food and beverage again yesterday. Still up a pound, and a bit bummed about that since I'm starting vacation. I'll concentrate on chasing these kids around a whole lot this week.
QoTD: Jeopardy for sure! Sometimes I even get more than one answer right!

Truly. I don't know. I've got jerky and whisps and chompies in my carry on. I'm just going to see how the day plays out.
