Mernin' errybody.
QOTD - Ugh, nope. I tend to let things go, but I am working on NOT being that person.
Breakfast - Having stomach issues, so no coffee this morning. Still fasting, so jus****er to give stomach a break.
Lunch - surprise surprise nothing planned. I am thinking if I can get my stomach to feel better (it's highly acidic and hurting) I will have a salad, maybe some crusty bread on the side, something easy to digest.
Snack - peanut butter and crackers
Dinenr - eh. I'm thinking another smoothie.
I hope you all have a great day!

Let it begin with me.

G'morning all!
Bright sunny day. Our high might get to 64 today. Not complaining as long as it's sunny. Yesterday the wind was so strong that on our afternoon walk Luna almost got blown away (she is 17-18 lbs)! She looked so funny with all her hair blown back.
QOTD: not at all. If you asked my kids and DH they would say I'm cold hearted when it comes to sicknesses. I always blame (or give credit) to how I grew up. My dad was a Dr, anything under 100 fever you didn't stay home and had to go to school. Most of the kids related sicknesses were dealt with very non chalant. According to DH, don't come to me for sympathy because I'll give you NyQuil to knock you out and not hear you whine. He is not wrong.
My meals yesterday
- B: fast
- L: 2 egg bites + 2 cauliflower thins
- S: keto fudge bite
- D: 1 cup Mexican cauliflower rice + 4 chicken meatballs
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training
Happy hump day!

My mom was SO tough when we were kids - no sympathy either!! If we were 'sick' enough to stay home, we had to stay in bed all day, period. No TV, computers or cell phones then - nothing. Needless to say I didn't stay home much.

I know that I at least started teenage years with brain cells...
I remember getting a Motorola flip phone in like 1995 or 1996. Before then, some people had car phones, but I didn't have one.
