I haven't used SparkPeople in a decade so I don't know how the database compares, but my only complaint/non-complaint about MFP is that it has tooooo many entries sometimes and so many are inaccurate! You can put the same product with the same serving size in and get 20 different answers.
WW had a really pathetically small database, so it's not really a complaint, just a warning that you have to be pretty diligent to make sure you get the right one. Use your scanner on your phone as much as possible just to load in the foods, then you can play around on the blowers to move them to the meal you want.
the other thing I'm really upset about - besides losing years worth of data, is having to reenter a bunch of recipes. UGH. Probably half of them (if not more) I never make anymore and probably won't, but still, there are a lot in there I still make. The thought of re-doing all of them in MFP is mind-boggling!
Hello
My husband had a colonoscopy yesterday so he wanted to eat out. He ordered pizza, of which I had 1/2 slice with a bit of fries. He wanted to go out to eat again today but I said no thank you since I had already ate out twice this week.
