QOTD - I change my hair a lot. (colors). It's super short, and bleached so I have a lot of fun with it. Everything from purple, to hot red, to blue...and everything in between.
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - local Greek place to celebrate work besties birthday! Thinking some Greek salad, dolmas, spanikopita, falafel, all of it!
Snack - mandarins and pepitas
Dinner - hubs and I meeting some friends at a new Asian fusion place. I will definitely go heavy on veggies, with steamed white rice

All those colors are so much fun. I am working as a tax advisor and while I work from home, I am on a video camera. So I have to have a conservative look. It is summer and I am not working and a bit tempted to do something like orange or Kelly green. Although it will probably be some highlights or streaks to match what I am wearing.

Good morning, everybody!
Today is kind of a busy day. I think that everybody pushed two days of calls and meeting into today so that they could start the long weekend early. I will take that trade off.
Tough workout yesterday: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of 115 pound squat clean thrusters and over the bar burpees. I made a sweat angel afterwards. First one of the summer.
I figured out how to find my old posts, so, I'm going to re-post something from a couple of years ago tomorrow. Just to celebrate old friends being back.
QOTD: I started wearing it short when I was a college sophomore (1985) and haven't changed since. I've never worn a beard or mustache except when I had a surgical procedure and couldn't shave for a week.

QOTD: I pretty much keep it the same at this point. I do not like me in short hair, and it has to be long enough to pull back for exercise, or it will drive me crazy.I haven't dyed it since before the quarantine, and I do not mind the mix of gray at this point. Last about 7 years I always bought demi-permanent color from Sally's so it wasn't expensive - I still debate going back. I didn't know where to get my hair cut since moving, so ended up going to a beauty school. I got a free haircut last week for being vaccinated.
Food:
- Protein smoothie, pumpkin muffin
- Sushi - (never ate yesterday)
- Chicken schwarma, veggies
- Snacks: More protein, apple, not sure
Ex: Think I am having a rest day, but will do 30 minutes of some kind of activity...
