Hi there! I'm returning after being away for many years - I am approaching my 10 year mark from surgery and, like so many, have regained during the pandemic (I know, it's a sad excuse). Did a 5-day reset this week and lost 10.4 pounds of water and bloat and am ready to lose the rest!!
I used to go to an in-person support group at my Bariatric Center, but they discontinued that program a few years ago. I can't seem to find anything in my area in person, so I figured I'd come back here where I got so much great inspiration and support pre-surgery. Hoping to connect with those looking to have surgery and other 'veterans' like myself who continue to work their tools as best as they can.
