I can't imagine ever wanting to be in a crowd again. I look at people now and I can't believe I used to let people breathe so close to me, haha. I might become agoraphobic when we have to reemerge from our holes.

QOTD - I must have missed the announcement, but sounds like a good deal to me! To be fair, I am NOT a go to the movies person. I don't like sitting next to strangers, being in enclosed dark spaces with limited access to exits, so...I am absolutely okay with this. We have more streaming services than I care to admit and we rent/buy movies so often on them, it's still much cheaper than a trip to the movies once you factor in snacks!
Breakfast - fasting, so so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - last of my homemade guisada papas with vegan chao cheese on toast
Snack - apple with peanut butter, pepitas with dried fruit
Snack - side salad with hemp seed hearts and pepitas, goldfish crackers
Dinner - maybe pizza tonight since I didn't get it last night.... -_-

Morning (just about afternoon)! I've been hanging out doing my thing. Back to work yesterday and started PT today. I've been having some high blood sugars. I'm hoping it's the small piece of pumpkin pie I had the last two nights before bed, and not an infection/illness brewing (although the diabetic community says covid doesn't cause increased BS's, so there's that at least).
QOTD: It might mean I will watch more movies. I went to the theater maybe, maybe 1-2 times per year. I think I've been twice since we moved here to NC and that was in March 2018. But, I don't really watch them at home either.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x3
- Turkey, Cheese, Cucumber, Dip, Olives
- Turkey Burger and my daughter is making Kale Pesto pasta. I will try it, but I can still never manage a whole turkey burger as it is.

Hey all, long time no post but I'm struggling and need some support and encouragement. I feel like 2020 has rough mentally for everyone and apparently I have ate most of my feelings. I'm up quite a bit of weight (still scared to step on a scale but needed new yoga pants which is never a good sign).
Feel free to say hi if you remember me. It will encourage me to come on daily.
I miss you all and think of you often.

Hi there! I don't recognize your name but I've only been here a bit under 3 years but welcome back and nice to meet you. 2020 has been a train wreck so many ways but a bright light for me is this Group and the support and friendship. It makes the tough days easier to get through and the good days even better!
