What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning menu friends! Beautiful sunny day here in the cornfields of Illinois and Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in. We'll do more later today. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.4. QOTD Little Debbie and I were best friends. I never met a baked treat or sweet that I didn't like but my favorite were the Banana Twins. Sweets are still my nemesis and probably will be until I die. Every day is a fight to have the willpower to stay away from them. Here's the food plan for today B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. Goal is 100 ounces of fluids and no snacks. Have a great day full of healthy choices everyone!

Me too with the sweets. They have to stay out of my house!

Unfortunately I live with people who eat them and in some form they are always around. I just fight the urge and stay away most times. Every now and then I slip up but get right back on track with my next choice.

I have never heard of Banana Twins.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Good morning, happy Taco Tuesday!

QOTD - Star Crunch. I love them. I don't ever buy them because no one else likes them, and that means I eat them all. Every now and then I can find them in single size packages, and I will buy one and devour! So good.

Breakfast - hot coffee (fasting until 1pm)

Lunch - Sliced avocado, vegan Chao cheese, soyrizo and tofu scramble on a corn tortilla

Snack - Fruit smoothie, (frozen frui****er, oat milk, chia seed, hemp seed protein)

Dinner - I need to clean out the fridge, thinking something pasta/veggie/tofu concoction. I'm so tired of figuring out dinner!
