I am sorry your roommate is being such an asshole. When people act like that, there is no way to deal with them or to make things right. They get a sense of power and importance from doing this to someone. It is a sign that person is a failure in their own eyes and their own life.

A successful and happy person would never even think about doing that to someone. Do something for yourself that you enjoy. The best revenge is living well.
