What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Gloomy foggy day here in the cornfields of Illinois but Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in anyway! We'll do 2 more walks unless the rain comes in. Rain predicted here through the weekend too. Hopefully we can catch breaks to get walks in because Miss Lily gets to be a crazy girl in this tiny space without her walks. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.4. QOTD To Kill a Mockingbird (my favorite) and the latest Little Women. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c chili D 4 oz chicken pot pie without the crust. Have a great day full of healthy choices and stay safe everyone!
The forecast for the Northeast seems to have changed daily. Hopefully it won't rain every day. We are leaving in about 40 minutes - most is done other than completely last minute shut-offs.
QOTD: I have been watching Little Fires Everywhere and have the book on hold from the library so we will see. I thought the first Harry Potter movie was incredibly true to the book. I felt like what I was seeing was exactly what I had imagined when reading the book.

Good morning, Happy Friday Eve!
QOTD - This is a good one. I will have to go with my standard Harry Potter films, as I loved the books and now I love the movies. That being said, I'm a huge SK fan. The show Castle Rock (Hulu original) has so many easter eggs in it, with little nods to many different SK books, that made a grea****ching experience even better!
Breakfast - fasting, hot black coffee (I need it this morning) and topo chico
Lunch - I asked for taco bell, but will probably be kale salad and chickpea salad with crackers
Dinner - Whatever I can find, maybe a Gardein "chiken" slider, more kale salad, berries for dessert.
Have a great day y'all!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

Morning menu crew!!
i went to bed at 830 last night, slept until my alarm at 330, set it for 430 and fell back asleep. I am tired, apparently! But I'm up and at it, a fairly low key work day so that's nice.
qotd - I was skeptical about another little women but I loved loved loved Greta's version. I think it is the best movie version hands down. I was pleased with the Dr. Sleep adaptation and having recently rewatched The Stand mini series from the 90s---it's dated but good.
My Pilates class yesterday was interesting - I am pleased with their safety, social distancing and cleaning measures (also, although they allow 4, i was the only person in class). The mask makes me much more aware of the in through the nose, out through the open mouth exhale, let me tell you, lol.
Today I'm finishing the Niagara Falls 10k on my elliptical, and I have two virtual book clubs tonight. Virtual attendance does make attending more events in the same day easier!
