My family is a "do you need something to eat?" Kind of family. It's hard to deal with at times but I think you did fantastically!

Meat and carrots do not seem to off course. I think you should just be proud you avoided the potato so Kudos to that.

Happy Friday menu friends! It's raining here right now so no walk for Miss Lily and I yet but the rain is supposed to stop by noon and I don't think we'll work all day so we'll get good walks in later. Accountability was perfect yesterday both food and stepwise and weight is 120.2. QOTD not really a shopper for things except food. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c cauliflower parmesan soup D 4 oz grilled brats. Need to work on fluids. It's hard to remember to keep drinking because I have to stop and lift my mask. Because we're working with humanitarian relief items that are shipped all over the world we wear masks 98 percent of the day. It makes drinking a challenge but I'll geta system worked out. Pics are 2 of masks one store bought with bright colors and one my son made for me and of course one of my snoring buddy,Miss Lily. And yes that is where you usually will find her--right next to me! Stay safe and make good choices everyone!

I am glad you are feeling better in time for the weekend though it sounds like it may be cold and windy there. I will spend Mother's Day with my SIL but the last few years I generally have not been back home for it anyway.

We leave for home in 6 days so I have started organizing the packing. It will be more sad to leave this year as we are going home to lockdown.

Here I am in a mask made by one of my OH friends in another group discussion. She sent SIL and I several of them, complete with removable filters.

QOTD: LOL, I have done too much online shopping (clothing mostly) so I have to STOP! It is complicating my packing which is why I have to ship a box home even though I just used a suitcase when I came.

TSS: 4 years, 1 month

B: Coffee! Eggs, black beans, cheese and salsa

L: Sliced Ever Roast chicken and laughing cow cheese

D: Leftover sushi

S: bean salad, blueberry lemon yogurt pie and/or WW one point blueberry muffin

Safe travels Liz, I am flying down to FL on May 15 to help my folks close their place and flying back on the 18th. Allegiant has every other row blocked off , so it seems social distancing will not be an issue.

Good Morning! I here you JB - been struggling with all of the above. Allergies kicking butt... general boredom/depression... would like to say I have been more productive than I have been.

QOTD: not on the hunt for anything right now. I do remember five or six years ago, I bought a new couch for my living room. I popped into a Pottery Barn outlet, and it was the night before they were starting a big furniture sale, so they were stocked. I found a $2800 couch for $500. My friends were all like - we did not know you were looking for a couch. It had been on the mental list to be replaced for about 5 years, so when I saw the right one at the right price- no hesitation.

  • protein drink, horchata overnight oats
  • chicken salad, veggies
  • taco salad
  • S: protein, eggs

Ex: Rest Day- probably still some walking and/or stretching

Photos:

  • Documenting me in jeans for the first time in months
  • Protein recipe for edible cookie dough. So good.
  • Gotta have a meme these days
