QOTD: I love the Olympics!! I watch all the events. I think the running events are my favorite in the summer, speed skating is my favorite in the winter.

I am up 2 pounds since all this craziness started. I am determined to get back on track today. I am still down 12 (18 from my goal), so that is a good thing.

I am still getting paid, so I don't have to worry about money. Tomorrow we start online learning. Our district is providing the program for the kids to use, but it is still unclear what we as teachers are supposed to do to help our students. Technically we are doing this for 2 weeks and starting back right after Easter, but I think we will be out the rest of the school year.

We are all doing OK. We are all healthy and we have enough supplies, even TP (if we run out we are using socks because I have plenty of laundry detergent) My introverted kid is in heaven, not having to deal with people, but my extrovert is having a hard time.

I hope everyone has a great day!!

Glad you are getting paid! Our district is paying everyone (including substitutes!) which is awesome, but similarly we are a little lost on what the work expectations are supposed to be.

Hello & good morning.

Found out yesterday that my brother and SIL will still be working for the short term at least. The store my brother works for is staying open and the city library is doing curb side pick up where my SIL works as a youth librarian. BUT we will have the kids a lot. I'm just thankful they are still employed as a lot of people are not as fortunate. Having the kids a lot more will stress me out though in a weird way, they fight a lot and with them going stir crazy too...just eek!

I'm very tired today. Same story different day.

qotd: not at all.

I totally forgot to add something ah-mazing! A chainmaille friend saw that I posted I was broke and out of a lot of supplies. She sent me a big box full of jumprings and components. It literally blew my mind to a million different pieces. I also found out another friend is sending me supplies to help with my horrid anxiety as of late.

i am so humbled and so grateful for the people in my life.

Mornin' All!

we were going nuts in here yesterday so we went over to one of the state parks (they've waived the entrance fees for the time being) and walked for a bit. Several other people were there walking as well, but we kept our distance from everyone like we're supposed to - and everyone else did, too. It's nice to be outside. Even a car ride just to get out for awhile would have been fine.

nothing on today's agenda (as usual lately). I'll make some chicken salad and possibly some chicken/chipotle filling for tacos. These two things should get us through the next few days. I was also thinking last night that I could get into my dad's family history boxes (with documents, letters, etc) and at minimum separate his dad's family's stuff from his mom's family's stuff. I could also clean the kitchen - although the spirit hasn't moved me to do that yet. Awful job. But one day soon...

QOTD: I don't really follow the Olympics, but if someone has them on, I like watching the skating, skiing, snowboarding, and gymnastics.

4 years 9 months out:

B: one-egg omelet with sausage, cheese, tomato, and green pepper, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake

L: salad with diced chicken and light dressing

AS: piece of crustless protein pumpkin pie (STILL haven't had any of this...)

D: maybe a Beyond Burger in a "sandwich skinny" with lettuce, light Thousand Island, and tomato slices

ex: I'll either walk outside again or do one of those cardio dance videos on youtube that Sheila mentioned the other day

have a great day, everyone!

Good morning all. I am bored out of my mind. It's so funny because before this whole virus thing I had always wanted a day to just sit at home and watch movies etc. Now that I can I'm so over it. I feel so tired all the time, but I don't know what for because I'm pretty much doing nothing. Maybe I'm just tired of being bored. Yesterday was on plan eating wise up until lunch and then it all went downhill from there. I think I was just stress eating or eating out of boredom or who knows what. I went way over my calorie intake for the day though and felt sick about it. So today it's back on track!!!

QOTD: I watched it some here and there growing up. Swimming and gymnastics were what most interested me. I rarely ever watch anymore though.

B: premier shake

B2: coffee w/Splenda

S: fit frappe

L: carrots w/hummus and 1 babybel light cheese

D: leftover chicken and Chinese veggies

Yes I feel the same--I love lazy movie days until you tell me that's all I can do! Maybe its just the need to have more distinction between weekends and week days?

Yes! I think that's exactly what it is. Since I'm working from home now the weekdays and weekends seem to all blend together.
