What's on your *Thursday* Menu, RNYers?
Oh my goodness! I think it's Friday-eve but I'm not sure. Really late for me to log on but it's been absolutely nuts. We are officially in "shelter in place" until at least March 31st. I've been dealing with different office closures and getting team members set up WFH and filling out a gazillion spreadsheets with different info needed as we proceed. I think my peers and I are all starting to get fatigued and this is when we gotta pull together even more. It can seem the more fatigued we get the more chaos and mistakes happen. Make sense?
Accountability: I had some SF toffee but I think that was all I added to my day.
QOTD: I try to be in the present but also have "what if" thoughts all the time.

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots
S: Buddig Turkey in low carb wrap and carbmaster yogurt
D: Real good food stuffed chicken, green beans, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and cream cheese, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 8 mile run and 40 mins elliptical
V/W: On track

Lunch - well it has come and gone, originally planned a taco but...
Snack - Fruit smoothie
Dinner - Vegan cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich with hummus
