Hi All,
Just want to ask this question.
Can you please review my daily intake i know i am a revision (3rd) and i am 4.5 weeks out and have been on a stall for 1.5 weeks (up and down the same 6 oz's) Just wondering if im doing something wrong besides weighing every day and stressing about weight loss.. i definately see it in my clothes and everyone at work has been asking if i lost weight or telling me i look like i lost weight and im feeling great overall..
Thanks in advance for taking the time to evaluate..

What are the weights of your choices? I think that's helpful when asking for evaluation.

food weight: 4-8 oz every meal ( measuring cup size)
excersize weights: because of my back problems i can only walk and i can carry the 3-5 lb had weights

The weights of your food. Measuring cup size isn't a great measurement -- I have measuring cups that hold 2 cups and ones that hold a quarter of a cup.
One of the things I learned here was to weigh my foods so I go by weight not volume. Weight vs volume can be different - a cup of peanut butter will weigh 8.8 oz, a cup of flour weighs about 4.5 oz.
your menu has fish on it, i looked up the conversion of 1 cup salmon to weight - 1 cup shows a weight of 7.9 oz. not saying there what you're eating just showing the difference in weight vs volume.
outside of WLS, I had heard that measuring cups are best for liquid accuracy because a fluid ounce doesn't always equal an ounce in weight.
