JB your cats are adorable! Just so danged cute!
mother nature decided to give me snow for my birthday. They are saying 4-6 inches but we'll see. They are usually wrong. I'd say we have an inch already. It is big fluffy flakes.
I'm in high pain mode. Last night was just extremely awful. I'm already thinking of taking a nap LOL
qotd: with all my dental work gum tends to be a nightmare. So I stick to mints.

I didn't even know it snowed in TX...!? Boston's weather has been so bizarre this winter. I don't think we have had a storm that got 6" yet this year which is unheard of! When TX gets more snow than Boston you know climate change is real, right?
Good Morning! JB- such naughty kitties you have but they are adorable so they get a pass.
Accountability: Good
QOTD: I used to but I would overdue it. With the issues I have with sugar alcohols for some reason i think it contributed to some gas(TMI) so now I stick with mints.

I am such a sucker--I ended up giving them the treats before I left this morning! The cuteness-factor buys those two a lot of extra passes...
What brand of low carb pita do you get?

Ooh I just checked and they are both just 1 point! Yay!
Good Morning JB and Menuers;
Wow getting back into a routine is brutal. I am very sluggish and unmotivated. I had plans to do the gym this evening but I got some bad news that a cousin (who has been ill) past away. Not unexpected but still hard to take. I want to make cupcakes or something to take to her daughter. Her daughter in one year lost both parents to cancer and had a miscarriage. So sad but I have to say she is very strong and doing well.
QOTD: I was told you should not chew gum after RNY but I never chewed it before so it didn't make a difference in my life.
Accountability: Not terrible before bed I was craving but instead of going to the peanut butter Jar I did 2 tablespoons of FF cottage cheese.
