Good morning, Happy Monday!

QOTD - I barely decorate for Christmas, so no, no other holidays. I'm not really keen on decorating for specific holidays, but I do like surrounding myself with things I love and that make me happy.

Breakfast - Hot tea, hot coffee, fasting until noon

Lunch - Amy's vegan frozen dinner, enchiladas

Snack - Almond/coffee snack bites (sweetened with dates), nut mix

Snack - 1/2 peanut butter jelly sammich

Dinner - Penne pasta, veggies

Have a wonderful day y'all!

I'd rather have the buns of cinnamon too,JB. Miss Lily and I have our 3.6 miles in and will do another mile later today. I got all missteps in yesterday but eating last night stunk. I ate way too much junk I did not need. Reining it in today. Here's the food plan for today B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz seafood salad D 4 oz German style brat or if stomach is still a mess w protein pancakes with sugar free syrup. Pork has been iffy for me-sometimes the fat makes me queasy. Stomach already upset from last night's overeating. Have a great day full of smart choices--and that means me too!

QOTD: I do a little in the yard for other holidays (I have a lot of those painted wooden holiday things for the yard and different wreaths for the door), but nothing really inside.

TSS- 11 years out RNY

Goal- lose 30 pounds of regain (11.6 down/18.4 to go)

WW is still going well. I love the plan and am staying within my point range

I am on a mission to be kind to myself and am working on building myself back up (the past few years were tough). Losing my regain is a big part of my plan, but I am also doing other things. Yesterday I decided to get my hair cut and colored (and highlights) at an actual salon and not the box color I usually do. OMG! I love how it turned out. I have not loved my hair in years. I plan to keep it up. Here are the pictures:

your hair looks great! I started having mine done at a salon 8 or 10 years ago. It costs a gazillion times more, but she does a much better job than I ever did, it looks a lot more natural, and I don't have to deal with the mess. Totally worth it!
