Good morning everyone! New Year, New Us... Who is ready?
Well, I managed to spilled an entire cup of coffee all over the kitchen this morning, so 2020 can already suck it, lol. Actually, it happened because I am going to go back to drinking bulletproof coffee and I couldn't find my frother, so I threw it into the nutribullet, which wasn't sealed properly. So it is all Keto's fault... See what happens when I try to be all healthy and ****
Accountability: Perfecto. 2 days in a row. Calling it a streak :)
I am not usually a resolutions person, but what the hell... let's try it. I am going to stick to under 20 carbs for 2020 (thanks for the inspiration, Cheapskate!) and I definitely need to figure out some sort of new exercise routine but I haven't settled on what yet.
QOTD: What is one new thing you want to try this year? Mine is not entirely new, but I haven't been to a spin class in a decade (hated it, but I was so out of shape...). So since they are all the rage I thought I might try one again and see if I like it.

I am sitting here watching Melissas story on my 600lbs life and balling. Wow she went through so much. I always saw her story in bits and pieces but they put the journey in a 2 part 2 hour show and wow. Right now she's pregnant and dealing with regain. Crying as I type.
WTG on the accountability streak JB hope to mimic you in the near future.
Having Friends and Family for lunch at one made pork roast kielbasa and sauerkraut with Lima beans and Mahed potatoes. (No potato for me. I'm going to throw bread pudding together for dessert also none for me.

Goal: Lose 30 pounds of regain (7.2 down/22.8 to go)
Yesterday I had 2 pieces of pizza so there was a slight gain on the scale (so much sodium!!). I am OK with that. I am still on my WW plan and am under my weekly points. I know the scale will keep moving downward.
Today I plan to stay under my 30 points and get more water in.
My sleep is getting better. I am working on controlling my stress level with lots of walking. That helps me a lot.
Today my daughter and I am going to meet our Auburn Club friends downtown to watch our bowl game. I have bringing Sarah with me since she was a toddler. I always think of the quote from "Sweet Home Alabama", "Look at you!! You have a baby- in a bar!"
QOTD: This year I plan to get more involved in the community. I foster animals in my home but I want to help rescue organizations more. There is one near my school I plan to start volunteering at. I also want to go to alumni events that my sorority puts on. My kids are getting older and I need to get out more.
Happy 2020 everyone!! I wish everyone a great year. Be kind to yourself and fight like hell to stay healthy. We all have so much living left to do!!

today I'm headed out for lunch with my bestie and searching for end tables for the sun room, plus I have 3 different work outs on the elliptical planned (they are all short ones but places I wanted to spend the first day of the year!).

Happy new year everyone! Well I have FINALLY hit ONEderland! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that 198.4 on the scale! Still got a ways to go, but I haven't weighed below 200 since before high school over 20 years ago!!
QOTD: Oh so many things! I'd really like to travel more....what am I saying? I'd like to travel in general because I don't really travel at all.
