What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
on 11/4/19 2:51 pm
My syrup (and tea) hoarding is so bad that I have put myself on restriction until I make a dent in the supplies. Although, if they offer a gingerbread or eggnog SF syrup, all bets are off and i will load up on that! I'm also looking forward to some new tea when I'm in England over Christmas. Until then -- none!!
(although, Sheila's order looks a lot like the one that I had in my cart until I realized, my name is jen and I am a skinny syrup addict). I think I had toasted marshmallow instead of the white chocolate though.

Good morning and happy monday!
QOTD - I have never heard the soggy waffles version -- we where taught Never Eat Sour Wheat. I have a bad sense of direction unless I can see the mountains to the west -- however, I have a very good memory -- so if I look at a map (and I still carry an atlas in my car) or have been some place, I can always get to and from it.
Have a great day!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,
I had a nice weekend. The bonfire Friday was really nice, I was a winner at the Bingo fund raiser that supported Toys for Tots. And DH and I used free day passes to a local wellness center so we could use the pool Spa and therapy pool yesterday.
I did find myself doing some extra grazing do to the fact bonfire and bingo had food in front of my face. I avoided all alcohol so I think it helped a bit without blowing my weight up by a bunch. I'm only up 2 lbs since Saturday morning. I just wonder if that extra hour has something to do with me being so hungry.
Accountability: I made peanut butter rice crispy treats that were wonderful but regret eating them. And I may have had a fun size pack of M&M'S. And since I am up I am going to say I ate more than I should have even the food that was healthy.
QOTD: I can navigate Airports and Sporting facilities to get to where I'm going but driving out of the area I am used to requires me to use navigation.
TSS 1 year 10 months 24 days 140 lbs (lowest was 138.2)

Everybody have a great day.
Brightest Blessings

It was in the low 40's but next to the fire it was super cozy. I even had to take the coat of but riding on the hay wagon out and back was freezing. DH and I got some cuddling in.

Good Morning everyone!
QOTD: I do okay with directions around town, but somehow when I was young I got my mental vision of the map of the United States backwards in my head, so West seems to be East to me and North feels like South to me.
Accountability: Potluck at our church this Sunday. I ate a chicken breast and got too filled up to eat anything else, but (bad me), I took home a piece of cheesecake and ate it later.
B: 3 strips bacon, strawberries with light & fit Greek yogurt
L: Smart Ones 170 calorie microwave meal
D: microwave meal (not sure which one yet)
S: light & fit Greek yogurt, strawberries, grits & cheese
Have a great day everyone! Good to see you all again!
