Good morning everyone. I'm so glad this week is almost over. I've been seriously dragging!
QOTD: the scale hasn't moved for me in about a week now and it has really gotten me down. And even though I know I've lost a good bit of weight since surgery I feel huge....I look in the mirror and I see huge. Ugh not sure what's going on with my head. Trying to think of a NSV......hmmmm.....I guess clothes fitting better, compliments from people, being able to fit in a booth again at a restaurant and when driving I notice I have a lot more room between my stomach and the steering wheel. I've actually had to move my seat up some.

Accountability: yesterday I ended up having a few pieces of watermelon for an evening snack. Other than that I stayed on plan.

Maybe change up your exercise routine when I get stuck that seems to help. If you do more cardio than strength do more strength than cardio and visa versa. This too shall pass. Good luck.

Good morning menu friends! Quick post for accountability today. Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do a short lunch walk and another long walk this evening. We heard coyotes off in the distance when we started out in the dark today. Accountability was good stepwise but I ate 3 mini chocolate bars I did not need. I also had half a grilled cheese sandwich which tasted delicious with my chili(1/2 c) but did not settle very well. QOTD still being able to wear sweaters and pants from 7 years ago and have them still look nice. Here's the food plan for the day B 3 dark chocolate protein pancakes with sugar free syrup L 4 oz roast beef and cheese D 4 oz pork chop S 3 apple slices with 1 t peanut butter. Have a wonderful day full of smart and conscious choices!
