Vitamin Recommendations for 2 months post-op

I'm coming up on 2 months post-op soon, and I'd like to change up the vitamins I am currently taking to something more tolerable, honestly.

I have been taking Bariatric Advantage Chewable Multivitamins twice a day (I can't stand them anymore!) and also the Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate chewables as well. I used to be able to tolerate those but now the after taste is driving me insane.

(I also take biotin daily and a B12 shot monthly).

Am I able to take pills now or should I stick with the chewables? Also, how about gummies? Any suggestions would be helpful at this time because I have found myself wanting to skip them and I know that is NOT a good thing.

Thank you!

Sara

Skip the gummies. It's hard to get your minimum requirements, plus they're extra sugar and carbs you don't need.

Generally, you can hit ASMBS recommendations (roughly 200% RDA on all vitamins/minerals) with a generic non-chewable vitamin pill. I use the Walgreen's generic version of Centrum Silver. You'll probably also need calcium and iron; I use Citracal and Proferrin.
