Good to see you! I feel you with the all or nothing approach. It is my problem with literally everything in life.
Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone had a good weekend.
QOTD - I really liked Nectar protein when I first started out, it was nice to have something that wasn't milky, chalky, etc. I wanted something light, fruity, etc. Now at 10 years out, if I am doing a protein shake I am using the Atkins pre-mixed, that have 30g of whey protein.
Breakfast - coffee, and hot tea. Blendables green smoothie, (green apple, kale, banana, water).
Snack - None
Lunch - Went to favorite vegetarian place, had a Korean "beef" burrito with fries, and a small kale salad. Hubs split the burrito and fries with me
Dinner - Smoothie, probably another blendables green smoothie
Snack - Atkins shake

Hmm does it seem like you can eat a lot to maintain then to lose weight you need to be so strict. Arg. Maybe this is just my head playing with me.
Accountability - things have been rocky.
QOTD - fit frappe & chike were my favorite
