Whats on your (Photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?

Thanks Tracy. Since I post using MyFitnessPal.com, I am showing you product names of what I am eating. Here are more details about what was on my menu this day:
- Costco Egg Bites are a great product that I discovered (sold at Costco) which are like little muffin sized portions of eggs, cheese, and sausage. Very few carbs, and only take 1 minutes to microwave. The serving size is 2, but I only eat one.
- Chunks of chicken over black refried beans and green chilis.
- Egg Salad made with just Egg Whites, mayo and chives.
- Beef Stick - Found this at Costco, too. It looks like a fresh slim jim. It's all meat, and very filling. No carbs and only 100 calories.
- Chaffles are a new thing sweeping the internet for those of us interested in Keto/low carb. You mix an egg and shredded cheese and cook it in a waffle maker. You can mix in lots of different spices, etc to change the flavors.

I use myfitnesspal.com
It has a website and app that you can use interchangeably and the free version is excellent.
Hello from NZ to Boston!
We are finally visiting family and friends in New England! Haven't been back to the US in 8.5 years.
We are staying with my parents in Maine and it has been nice. The jet lag is a bit of a bear though. It will be easier going back home.
I had lost to 77kg and the doc said, no more loss, maybe gain a couple... So I gained a couple kg and lost another dress size. I do not get this stuff sometimes.
Meal wise it has been a bit topsy turvy, from the flights. But largely on track.
QOTD: True Protein powder is my go to in NZ...
Meals:
B: vege quiche (no crust) coffee
MT:cappuccino decaf
L: tuna/ lettuce roll up
AT: protein bar
D: chicken grilled, broccoli
Water: on track
Vitamins: on track
With any luck, I might get to meet some of you!
Cheers,
Mathea
Have fun,
mathea
