What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

You poor thing--glad you are feeling better now and my fingers are crossed with you for a pain free week, too!
In other news--how are the chicken meatballs from Costco? I keep eyeing them but hate buying something in bulk when I don't know if I will like it...
They are a little bit on the sweet side because of the pineapple in them. But I like them with some hot sauce.

Good morning. Doing well, though didn't stay too accountable over the holiday weekend, movie popcorn and such.... But back to it today.
QOTD - Sorry guys, I've got a 12 minute one-way commute to work that could go to 20 if the weather sucks. Planning doesn't bother me and without it ciaos rains into my life, so I guess I too would love to dump my cpap. I see the sleep doctor Thursday for my annual eval. However, I download my metrics daily and I know he's going to say I should stick with it - which means for the rest of my life. But thankfully, I tolerate it very well and do love to snuggle up under the covers on a cold night (knowing that I'll be breathing cool, filtered air pumped to me). I would miss that, but traveling without it would be great. Plus, the dogs usually take off after I fire up the machine, so no late night snuggling with them.
PWO - 1/2 Quest protein bar
B - 2 eggs, with .5oz cheese, sausage link
S - apple and a few nuts
L - small salad, 4oz grilled chicken, apple
S - dried salami (1oz); 3/4 oz cheese
D - Rib tips, cottage cheese, small salad
S - frozen fruit and a few tbs yogurt
Exercise
45 min spinning class; 45 minute trainer; 15 min stretch; tonight I'll hang around on my new inversion table. Loving it so far, but only up to 45 degrees inversion so far. It will be another week or two before full inversion.

Hello everybody,
Accountability was down the tubes this holiday weekend I managed to find almost 4 pounds. I was successful with vitamins and maybe liquids but the rest went right out the door. Too many wines and carbs I even managed a corn on the cob. .
So today is a new day I have a great menu planned and I got a visit to the gym planned. I got this.

Good morning~ It's muffin top Tuesday for me - seriously I have a little mirror on my desk and it is currently reflecting my muffin top, lovely right? Well, I have a plan and although it is still a work in progress, its motivating me. I've done some soul searching about my triggers especially this most recent one and realized some interesting things that never occurred to me before and I'm seeing a pattern. I am also going to delve into my most successful loss periods and study my menus and macros for those days to see if I can't figure out a 'formula' for my success. Couldn't hurt, right? Anyway I am feeling very motivated to exercise as well. Thank you Julia for putting together the challenge it's nice to have a goal!
QOTD - Mine would be work and that would take care of the commute also! But seriously, I would say commute also - mine is only 2+/- hours a day and I feel totally robbed.
Accountability - Its a new day - that is all
Exercise - Gym - run/walk and circuit round

Good early afternoon folks.
feeling ok today. Yesterday was a big pouch day. I went over 25 carbs by 4 points. Also had more cheese than I should of. The scale was kind to me though so i'm thankful for an overall good day.
My mom has a wicked stomach bug and i'm really hoping I don't get it!
I made some tweaks to the recipe I found for a pumpkin spice latte and man was it better! I have the pumpkin to use up so I thought why not try again. It was tasty and a bit healthier than the part of one I had yesterday. I only ended up drinking half of one yesterday.
