What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Another 3.4 mile walk yesterday, it was about 92 degrees when I got home, so I waited a little while. I thought of not walking but I want to make the 50 mile challenge, so thank you JB for the challenge. Now at 24.4 miles for the month, knock on wood I shouldn't have any trouble making the 50.
Julia so sorry about the fall, I hate it when that happens. Feel better soon!
Accountability was just OK, ended up at 1017 calories, 92P, 10F & 143C. But I was up 1.9 lbs this morning still trying to push fluids I was at about 92oz yesterday, and I took some Miralax today so I'm expecting to be back down soon.
QOTD- No real moments recently, but I'm trying to pass along what I have learned from surgery to my roommate. He doesn't really want to hear it, just trying to prepare him for what is to come. I know he will try to experiment and see what his pouch will tolerate, either he'll figure it out or he won't. He's also planning a farewell buffet before surgery.
Have a great Friday Eve everyone!

Posting very late today but I had a busy morning taking my son for a CT scan of his head and running some errands. Got to work after lunch and I prefer posting from my desktop than my phone.
QOTD: not sure....probably remembering what the old timers here said about accountability and posting daily to keep weight off.....I see those words stamped in my memory! UGH!
B- tea w/fairlife milk, 2 eggs with spinach, feta and red pepper
L- 1.5 c hot and sour soup, 4 pieces of salmon sushi
D- 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 oz mozzarella
Snack- not sure, maybe flank steak stuffed bell pepper, depends on how long I stay at work tonight.
Have a great afternoon!

Happy Friday Eve! Second best day to Friday.
This has been an interesting food day so far.
B - Small bean and cheese bowl (taco, but no tortilla) with hot salsa
L - went to a local restaurant, had a bean and cheese chalupa, and a small greek panini (vegetarian)
S - new Atkins shake I found that has 30g of protein, super excited about that!
D - grilled veggies and probably another shake after, to get the protein in!
Hope everyone is doing great! I love Texas but would like a day where I didn't feel like the weather was trying to kill me...

Hello menu folks.
I haven't posted in a few days in here. I've been pretty down in the dumps. I've had a few days of returned heartburn and it's really really brought my spirits down. No, I didn't eat anything remotely spicy or even greasy. I've actually been eating ok. Then last night I had one of those foil pouches of chicken. I didn't realize it was lemon pepper but it wasn't spicy at all...I thought. I ended up sicker than a dog throwing up. Now I have a sore throat from that. Just trying to climb out of this hole. Also since starting birth control my weight loss has stopped, hoping my body gets used to it soon.
b: yogurt and a slice of lunch meat
