Ouch Julia! But you made the train! Score!

I worked a 12 hour day yesterday- which I generally do not mind because it means shorter days other days.... but somehow I thought it was a good idea to get up at 4 am, do dishes, go to the gym by 5:30am, and a quick food shopping before getting to work. Oy. My brain was toast by the end of the shift.

QOTD: I haven't had a good I told you so moment lately but they can be sweet

  • spinach eggwhite frittata, oats
  • turkey roll ups, cantaloupe
  • tbd
  • S: protein, protein muffins

Good morning JB and Menu folks. Sorry about your fall and glad your ok, did you pop up really fast once you went down? You made the train, so all is good! Got yard work completed last night and enjoyed the deck , was very cool last evening and this morning , I am not ready for fall weather...yet.......

Accountability - spot on - have lost 4.4 lbs this week. ( vacation gain).

B - egg salad

S - ham rollup

L - Salami and cheese

S - Cukes and dip

D - I took out thin sliced chicken breasts, anyone have a favorite recipe?

Beautiful morning here in Illinois again and Lily and I have our 3.4 miles done already. We'll do at least another mile after supper too. Accountability was perfect for food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122. Another successful day avoiding the urge to eat from the prednisone for my poison ivy which is still driving me crazy. Another baby sweater finished and house cleaning done too so it's not all bad. QOTD can't think of anything. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz polish sausage S if needed 1/2 c blueberries. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! Time for some coffee!

Ouch!! Good job on catching the train even so!

we have a long meeting today 7:30 to 630 and then dinner with all the leaders, I really like most of the people I work with so it will be fun, it's just a long time to be "on".

qotd - i has the opportunity to say I told you so with one of my bffs decisions recently but I kept it to myself; which is why we are besties! I just gave her a hug and then she said "I should have listed to you"....but I felt bad for her!

B - yogurt

l - boss is ordering in from his favorite dive taco place so the inside of a street taco or a protein bar

d - bunless burger as we're taking everyone to a burger place.

ex. Did a good yoga class this morning to get ready for so many hours of sitting

accountability - did not hit 100 in fluids so need to today!
