Loose Skin Workouts?

Congrats on your RNY and losing weight wonderfully!

I have to second what Rocky, Grim & Kim said, there is nothing on the market that you can buy to tighten up skin, you would be wasting your money, save that money for plastic surgery if even needed.

I carried most of my weight in my belly, butt & thighs. I started to work out formally at a gym when I was approx. 8 months post op, prior to that I did a lot of walking/hiking. Do I have loose skin, you betcha, mostly where I carried my weight (belly, butt & thighs). I do still work out faithfully several times a week, I am almost 6 years post op, and I have a lot of muscle which gives the "appearance" of not having loose skin but I do. I also wear shapewear on occasion i.e. Spanx.

For me I have learned to accept the extra skin, its not in my budget to afford plastic surgery so it is what it is.

Best of luck and congrats on your loss.
