What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
QOTD- The spicier the better, but it is a lot harder when you can't drink with your meals. The hottest thing I've ever had is this hot sauce called "You can't handle this hot sauce" some people I used to work with gave it to me and of course I poured it all over my food and it burned...
Finally dropped a pound. I've been sticking to my eating plan. I was at 876C, 80P, 88C & 20F for yesterday. I also got 100oz of water in, so I think that is helping. I am determined to get to my goal weight.
A sleepless night Sunday due to roommate issues, but it shouldn't happen again.
I need to get my lawn mowed it's supposed to get to 87 today, but it's cooler than yesterday so maybe I'll get it done right after work.
I'd love to do the 50 mile challenge, but since I haven't run for a while I don't think I'd make it. But I'll commit to walking at least 50 miles.
Have a great day everyone!

Good afternoon.
i'm working On very little sleep. Went ahead and did the testing last night at the hospital. My mind is not doing exactly well but i'm Holding my own. If I were to have Cushing's syndrome it would answer a lot of questions to do with my health. We shall see in about a month or so.
qotd: I love good spicy food but I don't enjoy a lot of heat. a garlic pepper blend I found is my favorite spice(it's salt free to boot, they always put to much salt in those blends!). My favorite cookie of all time are pepper nuts, there is a German name for them but I know my spelling would be waaay off. I still can't eat extremely spicy stuff as i've had some very light heartburn from some mild salsa.
B:pp shake
s:baby bel cheese, light
l:a slice of lunch meat & a light n fit yogurt
s:raspberry ice pop & ultra thin slice of Swiss
d:thinking an egg scramble with turkey bacon & some soft cheese
exercise was a good walk and lots of house work.
might add a homemade popsicle.

God, I hope it is not Cushing's... I had a coworker who was diagnosed years ago, and she was so incredible sick (her's was adrenal). It's been 10 years since she was diagnosed and it is still a struggle for her every day. Did you have to do the 24 hours urine test for cortisol levels, yet? Why will results take a month? Sending good thoughts.

Not yet, they did a blood test and a saliva test last night at 11 and then I go back in two weeks to have the saliva test again. I then have to make an appointment for the results. I'm guessing if the cortisol levels are off there will be more testing.
thanks!
