What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

I 10000000% prefer mornings. But with a job that starts at 6:30am (not including an hour commute), it didn't happen. I became okay with after work/evening gym time after awhile but I'd pick mornings over evenings any time.

Good morning everyone. Its going to be in the 90's again today in the PNW. I can't believe its August. I still have so much to do to!
My daughter's interview went well yesterday. I talked to her afterward and she felt good about it and then later she said that she didn't think she got it. I think she is overthinking it because she wants it so bad. She doesn't want to get her hopes up. They are still interviewing, so she won't know for a week or two.
JB- I laughed so much at that meme. I literally was thinking the same thing this morning. I did great with food yesterday. I was so strong all day. They even had warm chocolate chip cookies at the car dealership. I resisted. I came home and had my dinner and then I made popcorn. Ugh!! somedays, I feel like I self-sabotage.
QOTD- Yes, love all the spicy things. I love to scramble my eggs in the morning with jalapenos, so good!!
Food for today-
2 cups black coffee
eggs bites from Costco
Just 2 yogurt
Chomps
3 oz ham and 1 slice light swiss
Halibut, asparagus
Have a great day everyone. Lots of water and vitamins always.

I love spicy eggs! So yummy!
I am swinging chickens for your daughter and her job. I hope she hears soon and can be put out of the misery of waiting. That's the hardest part I think...

We still need to get you to an ocean, Karen. Get in that camper and head east til you hi****er! There is nothing like it :)
Good morning! JB, those pictures are pure tranquility...
QOTD: My condiment section in the fridge is bursting with hot sauces from everywhere imaginable! My boys are addicted to trying them from anywhere, looking for the best 'ass-blaster'. LOL Their dad liked "the heat" as well; me, I love a good seafood Fra diavolo.

Do your boys have a favorite spicy sauce to recommend?
This stuff is hard core!!! Made with Reaper, Scorpion and Ghost peppers. I can barely stand 1 drop alone, it does add some nice heat when mixed into something else like salsa or guac, or added to some butter for corn on the cob. LESS is more!
I think the bullet is to bite on if you take a big taste!!
Good Morning!! JB- such stunning pics! I am down for 50 miles for the rest of the month (can I count my 6.25 from this morning?).
Accountability: I had one of my coconut flour cupcakes from the freezer.
QOTD: I like a good spice but things like ghost pepper need to be just part of like a sauce or something if that makes sense.

Yay a running buddy! Of course your 6.5 counts!
I'm going to keep it slow and steady. I think I'll take the opportunity to try to increase my time in this month, instead of increase my distance.
