Good morning! I love butter, but that made me gag!! I had a hard time staying on track this weekend, not because I was hungry, but because I was bored so I went way over with keto friendly foods. It didn't help that Rob had made chocolate chip cookies that were on the counter all weekend. I didn't have any but I think it helped drive me to eat extra pork rinds and nuts. I have to do a better job of staying busy! I threw away all the nuts and almond butter and when I get home tonight I will do the same with the pork rinds. I never over eat meat or cheese, so I will just have to stick to those choices.
