What's on your Fridsay menu,(Photo Friday),RNYers?
Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our hour walk in and pics today are from that. We'll do a short lunch walk and another longer walk after it cools down this evening. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122.6 today. I need to do better with fluids today though as I didn't hit 100 ounces yesterday. Here's the food plan B 2/3 c earnest eats hot cereal L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz pork fritter I didn't eat last night S if needed hummus and 4 pretzels. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone!
great pics!
I got in a bit later than I wanted at work and have little bit of a busy day today.
I'm working till 4 then have to drive to another part of TN to get a new couch for the RV/motorcoach. We are TRYING to get it to where we can live in it up here until we find land/house/etc but it is proving to be a challenge. Had to drive the old truck into work which is 2 hours and eats gas... so anyway
I didn't work out yesterday and then the scale decided to go up 2 pounds for no reason. so it put me in a foul mood.
plans for this weekend include working out and cleaning house and doing some laundry and whatever else.
Oh and to add- had a little snake in the grass last evening and it was non venomous. we left if be and then last night- a DAMN copperhead!!! luckily we got the dogs inside without incident. sometimes I hate the country!
Good Morning Karen and Menuers,
I love, love, love your sunrise picture, Karen, it looks serene and peaceful. And I can't leave cute Lily out either!
My mom and I had a fantastic day at the ballpark. The traffic and parking were not as stressful as I thought it would be. We made many memories and I am grateful for the time I got to spend with her. It was a good game and the Phillies ended up winning.
Accountability: I ate what I wanted and my weight is up half a pound this morning.
B: coffee and then a PP shake

We currently have 74 quarts of green beans for the winter. I pick, snap and triple wash them and then can them in a pressure cooker. DH grew up on a farm and has taught me how to preserve veggies. I kind of like it but it takes a lot of time.

Wow the beans look great. I steam them and cook to al dente then i make a pesto of fresh garlic basil parsley salt and pepper and toss together. sometimes ill eat them right away or i'll stick them in the fridge and eat them all week long. I put my beans in late this year I'm looking at August till I get any.
