Good morning,

Its almost noon by the time I post. I've been to counseling appointment, it was a good one.

I ended going back to the doctor on Saturday, my ear isn't getting any better, changed the antibiotic and put me on steroids for a few days. Right now it still doesn't feel any better.

I had a binge episode last night of candy.

Qotd can't think of any.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and unsweetened applesauce

D leftover steak burrito

Fingers crossed the steroids and new antibiotics help; it's hard to be disciplined when you don't feel well.

Happy April Fools Day!

It is actually already the 2nd here, but I didn't get pranked yesterday and that is always nice. I really miss these posts when I don't get the time for the computer!

QOTD: my best prank was jello coffee... looks real, doesn't move!

My accountability has been decent, but not totally stellar. Last night I ate a few potato chips (really, like 3) and a couple sugar free chocolate dipped digestive cookies... They didn't put me over my allotment for calories, but I am aiming to do a better job today. I made DH take the chips to work!

B: coffee, protein shake

MT: cappuccino (small, decaf) maybe one of my protein bliss balls (made with protein powder and nut butter, no dates)

L: leftover half of high protein English muffin with bolognaise/spaghetti sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese

AT: tea

D: something with the chicken I just shredded... either Bbq style or some sort of chicken veggie mess (Might be soup as it is a cooler day here, summer is definitely at an end)

ES: if I get the munchies I may eat the bliss ball at this point...

ohhhh, tell me more about jello coffee! do you just swap out the boiling water for hot coffee? What flavor do you start with or is it plain?

Yes, just swap coffee for the boiling water (plain gelatine). We used to use it on breakfast displays at Disney... It is amazing what you can use jello for!

I'm going to try it this weekend, always another way to get my coffee in, lol....maybe with decaf though.
