Good morning! Woke up early and hit the gym, showered, and will do laundry today while I binge Lucifer on Netflix. Dinner tonight for my FIL's birthday at a steakhouse.
breakfast: scrambled egg with 1 oz diced ham and a sprinkle of cheddar, followed by coffee
lunch: there's still some leftover chicken fried cauliflower rice, I'll probBly finish that
dinner: 4 oz steak, and a dinner salad. DH and I usually share a plate

I didn't sleep @ my home and am out all day
B - 4 pieces of melba toast + 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
S - Chocolate premier protein (thank goodness I always keep one in my bag)
L & S - I bought a lean cuisine chicken and veggie meal (160 cals) and 2 hard boiled eggs
total: 624 cals, 40g C, 26g F, 59g P
If i have room, I'll probably eat a cheese string to get the extra 5-6 grams protein to meet my 60g minimum protein requirement

I lost 100% of my excess weight.
