good morning my friends and happy FRIGID FRIDAY. for realz, guys...the forecast is basically saying we are going to be in the single digits or negatives for at least the next week and a half...I am getting really tired of winter and this is just pushing me over the edge. I literally do not want to leave my house even to get in the car when it's this cold out, but we've got things to do!

I am hoping since it's so cold, this weekend we can just get some stuff done in the house--mostly cleaning, maybe going through some stuff and purging old junk/clothes/toys, etc. We do have Story's dance class tomorrow morning but I think that is the only commitment we have to leave the house for...besides doing the regular grocery shopping.

QOTD: I really can't stand when people misuse common words or use the incorrect spelling of a word in the wrong context. (like there, their, they're...or your & you're)...it doesn't really get me heated, just makes me eye roll really big haha...the worst thing ever is actually a closed-minded hypocrite. I seriously cannot stand when someone tells me they disagree with something but they have no good reason. Example- my dad and I had a disagreement about gay marriage--I asked him why he cared? he is not religious, he has no real reason to believe gay people should not get the same rights to marry each other as straight people...he just said "because it's wrong" but he has NO RATIONAL REASONING. It's his own preference because he has some kind of homophobia which is just ridiculous to me. We had a heated argument about it about 2 years ago and I think it made him readjust his thinking, so that was a win. At least he did some internalizing and that made me happy because I love my Dad, but he is super old fashioned.

Pics: My sister and I had craft day last weekend and made these cute little makeup brush holders. they took a lot of time for the glitter to dry, but we like hanging out, so NBD. One says "But first, Makeup"...the other you can't read as well because I should've chosen a lighter color for the decals, but it says "better late than ugly" haha...and then we made a little decal that looks like my glasses and eyelashes to put on the back, they turned out SO CUTE.

IRREGARDLESS! Drives. Me. Crazy.

Down here, "conversate" is a thing. It drives me absolutely bonkers! My eyes go all twitchy when I hear it. Talk about a trigger word!

Oh and "I seen (fill in the blank)" written in comments on Facebook all the time.
