I've had good relief with acupuncture. I've been doing cranial sacral massage every 2 weeks. It's magic for my overamped nervous system(side effect of rejection meds). I also like you keep your clothes on.
I mostly worked nights so bosses were rare sightings. We switched around being in charge at night.
I'm having vegetarian chili today. No sugar for a couple days.

I would love to try cranial sacral massage, or reflexology, both my favs.
I miss steady nights and no bosses, you are right those were the days.
Yahoo for no sugar in a few days, that takes herculean strength in my opinion, since I am a sugar ADDICT

Hi everyone. Glad you are feeling a bit better. This is a quick drive by because I have a phone conference in a few minutes, and then have to leave for an in person meeting at 11:00.
QOTD: I don't have a boss, but I am the over committer. I don't need anyone to do it to me, because I do it to myself.
Accountability: Swapped out my evening snack for a premier protein clear and a lite string cheese stick. It actually improved my macros, so all is good.

Hi everyone:
My boss is very busy and I don't know how she does it. She is wonder woman. Smart, beautiful, family, and career. She seems to handle with grace and energy. She is young so we will see if she slows down in later years.
I started my day today giving my scale obscene gestures. I weighed 200.5 REALLY! It couldn't give .6 of a pound to make my day, stay tuned for onederland news, I am hoping this week but who knows. My scale is a flirt.
