What's on you Sunday menu, RNY'ers?
Your MS sounds good... coffee with half & half, protein vanilla pumpkin latte shake. How did you make this? Sounds like something I would like! :)
it's one of my favorite cold weather protein shake concoctions! It's:
2 C unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 scoop cinnamon protein powder (optional)
c. 1/3 C canned pumpkin
SF Torani syrup to taste (they make a pumpkin pie one, but my favorite in this shake is the brown sugar cinnamon one)
pumpkin pie spice to taste
ice
I also put about 2 T avocado in my shakes (regardless of flavor) to make them more filling, but this is also optional)
blend it all up in a blender. Then add cold coffee, cold brew coffee, or a couple spoonfuls of instant espresso powder to taste. If it needs more pumpkin pie spice or a little vanilla extract, throw that in, too!
