quicky for me- calls allllll day and my coworkers in town

so - weight is staying steady on the low side. looking for a jump here in the next few days- my 3 year surg appt is NEXT FRIDAY so i would like to drop a few more pounds by then!

last night after work I got gas at costco, went to aldi, got special caffiene free cokes for DH (had to go to 2 stores) then home. Didn't make it to gym

QOTD: one year we were implementing a new HR system and waiting on processes to run- we took chopsticks and threw them up into the ceiling trying to get them to stick. that was also the year I worked through the night- at work because otherwise payroll would not run and thousands would not have gotten paid. i slept a little bit on the floor.

haha, doing IT for years, I have slept on a few office floors...and in one of our old buildings, the ladies room had a small old fashioned sofa in it; I slept there a few times too -- but honestly the floor was more comfortable!

Good morning JB and menu crew- sounds like a horrible day JB, but you made it through and are famous!!! My day was uneventful, Alex just got a new Job working the Front Desk at Holiday Inn and likes it so that is off my mind, he had been jobless for 2 months and did not seem to be trying very hard ( in my eyes), he wanted to work at a Hotel and stuck to his guns and is now doing it and going to school so I am happy. Ryley will be home on Thursday. ( No more nekkid hot tub time for Joddie and I...LOL)

QOTD - This is a funny one - I was about 23 and was an hourly employee, A Foreign exchange student ( female) was shadowing me for the day, we went to break and when I came back she was not around, I was talking with a few of my co workers and I passed gas - they all started to laugh uncontrollably, I should have looked over my shoulder, she was right there...LOL....I have never been more embarassed in all my life..

OMG Mike you poor thing! I once passed gas accidentally while getting a MASSAGE. Yep, picture it. Two people in a very small and very quiet room. I wanted to die. I just said a tiny "oops" and she said "it happens" and we didn't speak again. I kept telling myself surely that has happened before and I was reminded of that kids book "Everyone Poops". But I couldn't even make eye contact at the end LOL!

actually, the woman who used to do my pedicures was formerly a massage therapist. I have no idea how we even got on the subject, but she did say that that happens *a lot*.

I can't vouch for it since I've never done it and have never been a fly on the wall when someone else is getting a massage, but I know it happens in yoga classes, too. I'm pretty sure everyone is trying hard to keep from laughing (I know I am...) and the guilty party is probably dying inside!

If I heard that in a yoga class, my inner 7 year old boy would DEFINITELY have me snorting inwardly with laughter!

Often happens to me during a massage! They move things around and you relax and out it comes!
