Some questions about the foods and vitamins
100 percent whey protein isolate is lactose free. If you had a milk allergy it could still be a problem. But if it's a lactose intolerance issue, 100% whey isolate is ok.

So just for the future referrence if anyone will read this thread. I have settle on two Scitec whey isolate protein and Syntrax Nectar whey isolate protein. Both of these are 0,0g sugar. In my case Syntrax nectar is not only more expensive but also is harder to get a hold, that might be because Christmas is right arround the corner.
So after all I got Scitec powder as it was avalable in where I live. 2kg of it, so many good reviews, talked to the seller too, he recommended it too. And I hate it. It's so sweet 0 sugars but sweet to a point I feel sick and afrer trying it I feel sick even thinking about protein shakes. I wander if Suntex will be the same. The most interesting things I discovered so many dislikes to food I used to love even before my surgery is due.
