I didn't go out of the house yesterday so I didn't walk the dog or go to the gym. The snow really threw me off and now I know I need to plan better for the next snow event.
QOTD: I don't do Black Friday shopping anymore. Instead, we do small business Saturday shopping. I like it better and I can find unique gifts from the little towns scattered in my county. On Friday we usually will go to a local craft fair.
10 months out and staying steady at 165.5 I feel like I am going to drop again real soon.
M1: Greek yogurt with fiber one twigs
M2: PP chocolate shake (if needed)
M3: Chipotle chicken salad with olives and a sprinkle of cheese
M4: Asian pear and a cheese stick
M5: I think meatballs and Birdseye vegetable pasta - unless hubster wants to go out.
The picture is from a craft activity from a few weeks ago at school. My students and I were looking something up on my phone when the guidance counselor was taking pictures to put on FB. I noticed myself and thought, wow, that is what I really look like now. It is still hard to wrap my head around it. Have a great weekend everyone.
