I was thinking the same thing, haha! I could not lose that scent! Hoping to salvage them, they were inexpensive so not the end of the world but I wear them a lot.

Hello everyone! This is my first post in the daily menu thread :-)
I am blessed to be a solid sleeper but I have a 4-year-old who can throw a wrench in things and sometimes when I'm awakened around 3-4am by my little guy I can't get back to sleep so I often read and hope my eyes get heavy! I find if I end up falling back asleep after being awake for a while, I don't feel the greatest.
I'm 10-weeks post-op and I haven't had any problems with solid foods (except if I don't chew meat or poultry quite enough!)
today:
b: decaf coffee w maple extract and 2% milk (c32, p2, c3)
s: salsa eggs (scrambled eggs with salsa and shredded cheese) (c260, p18, c3)
l: leftover chicken satay thigh, mini cucumber w balsamic (c113, p8, c3)
d: leftover pork tenderloin, green beans w garlic & toasted almonds (c160, p25, c4)
I need a little more protein to hit my target so I'll either increase the chicken at lunch or pork at dinner, or, have a protein shake :)
E: 30 minute walk after kids got on bus with other moms at the bus stop.

how did you get your ticker onto your posts? I set a ticker up but I'm not sure how to get it to show! Also, how can I write my monthly losses? Thanks! :-)
hi! For the ticker...I think if you click on the little gear (next to plus sign at the top right of the screen) you should be able to add a ticker. As for adding the weight loss info-you should be able to do that as part of your signature by going to the same spot and selecting settings and then pick the message board option (it opens to the general tab I think). If those don't work let me know and I can try and play around a bit more.
