Good luck! Did they give you new calorie/protein goals or just "eat more"?

Thank you! They said my protein intake is great already so just increase by 100 to 200 more than what I was eating per day. They also of course want me eating a few more carbs. I was eating anywhere from 625 to 680 cals per day. It's too difficult to make that increase in one day so I'll try to get there by the end of the week.
