What's on your Thursday Menu RNY'ers?
Back on track, so moving forward again.
QOTD - I love fall and cool weather walks with the dogs. But I love winter even more, praying for 10 inches of snow to hit (I'm a snowshoer - sorry)
PWO - small apple and tbs pb
B - 3 eggwhites and some veg scrambled with a sausage
L - small salad and 3 oz chicken
S - picked carrots and light babybell cheese
D - small salad and 4 oz turkey
S - SF popsicles
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)

G'morning all!
Looking forward to a busy weekend. DH is taking his mom to visit some relatives north of San Francisco so I will be a full time driver for DS's water polo tournament starting Friday afternoon. We will be all over the Bay Area playing at 4 different high schools for a total of 9 games in 2.5 days. DH chose the right weekend to be away!
QOTD: cooler temps, cardigans, and the holidays around the corner.

I actually don't mind being on the rd. I usually have the epic chicken bars and tons of jerky with me. And somehow the boys always wanna go to in-n-out in between games (there's none near where we live) so I always order protein style.

Good morning everyone~ I thought I was having a great day yesterday, but looking back I had so much anxiety and didn't sleep well last night. I kept waking up thinking of stupid things and trying to figure them out...about 3 am I turned on the TV to stop all the thinking and finally fell asleep. I'm dragging today, but on coffee number 3 fortified w/espresso powder so watch out world - until I crash that is...
QOTD - Cooling down, which isn't really much here until about December. I love sweaters and boots, hoodies and uggs, cold/sunny days. RAIN - can't wait!!
Accountability - I switched out dinner for shrimp scampi - high sodium and I feel it today

d- TBD or eggbeaters and salsa
es - yogurt or just tea

Avoid the crash and drink more coffee! I do hope you have a less anxiety driven day. I have some things going on at work right now that have me feeling anxious as well. I have been trying to "leave it at the office" but it's been coming home with me. I am a mama bear at heart even with my employees so sometimes it takes a toll on me.

Hopefully - it will all work out - a day trip does sound glorious!! If I can just make it to my hair appt tomorrow at noon (where all problems are solved in the chair) - I will be so happy!
