Great looking couple!
Plans for the weekend? Only yoga today, which is good because I was awake until 2 am and got up at 7 am. Tomorrow we are meeting a former coworker/friend and her husband for dinner, then Sunday we have a walk for Alzheimer's in Provincetown which is a cool town to visit. We haven't been there for a while and a lot of our friends will be there so that will be fun. It is also supposed to be more like fall so heavier sweaters can be worn. It was quite tropical the last couple of days and rIght now it is pouring, so the sun and cool weather will be welcome.
My picture is a better one of Lavender, our new family member. I alternated spending time with she and Justice yesterday so they were smelling each other and I was really enjoying her. She is a great addition to our home!
QOTD: I have a lot of neatness idiosyncrasies, so it is hard to center in on one. I need things to be aligned and balanced. For instance, we have doggie pee pads everywhere because of our elderly chihuahua. They are generally in pairs and I have to have them aligned.
Accountability: I stayed on CAMAW but had a couple of extra unplanned snacks when I ended up staying up an extra few hours to pick up my stepdaughter. But I resisted eating carbs, so I'd say it was a win!
2 Years 6.5 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 22.5 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Deli chicken and cottage cheese
D: chicken sausage
S: homemade cottage cheese with torani SF syrup

I love the half white, half black on her nose! And some toes are black and some are pink...
