Happy Friday!! Great pictures, looks like a fun day out!

I don't have anything big planned for the weekend; tomorrow is my birthday and I'm giving myself permission to do anything and nothing as I want this weekend! I think there will be some binging of the new Haunting of Hill House on Netflix, I want to buy myself a new cardigan/wrap (since I"m cold all the time) and might check into some boots; I also have a relaxation pilates class on saturday and a bungee class on Sunday.

QOTD - I get irrational with people that make noises when they breathe - I'm not talking people that need assistive devices but people that just make have a sound to their breathing...also people I can hear chewing -- what the heck is that?

Accountablity - day 2 of CAMAW went well; keeping day 3 simple

Coffee + half and half plus tea all day

B - 3 oz deli ham

L - 3.1 oz deli roast beef

D - 3 oz deli ham + 1 oz mozzarella

650 calories, 73 protein, 10 carb

Photo Friday -- two interesting things on my photo today -- it's me with cousin Sharon and her wonderful hubby Stephen, last week in Venice -- my cousins are Australian, live outside of Sydney and I haven't seen them since 2006 -- by happy chance because we couldn't have planned it - we both happened to be in Venice on the same Thursday, with a morning and afternoon open so we were able to spend the day exploring and catching up and it was amazing!! I am truly blessed with my extended family! Also, I look at the pictures of me from the trip and I am amazed that I struggle to recognize myself so that's an odd feeling.
