Feel free to join in if you like, Shauna - we'd love to have you! We're doing a week or either AMAW or CAMAW, ending this coming Tuesday, then we'll post if and if so, how much we've lost in that time. I am actually surprised that I'm adapting so well to AMAW - I miss my cashew milk and cheese less than I thought I would!
